I've had Turn Two do regular maintenance and repairs twice now, and both times it was an extremely pleasant experience.

Let me start of by saying, make a appointment. They are not the biggest repair place so they don't have 100 mechanics all working. I was actually recommended here by Jiffy Lube after they found I had a coolant leak. The service was quick, the mechanics were helpful and Tom at the desk was extremely pleasant to work with, keeping me updated on the status of my repair. I ended up leaving my cat there over night, with just a slight hesitation, but when I got there the next morning they had actually kept my car in the garage. I should also mention that they did all this and I didn't have a appointment. Fair prices, great knowledge, and they can understand and communicate to people who don't have the most intricate of car knowledge.

I've been bringing my cars to Turn Two for several years now - old ones, new ones, repairs, damage, maintenance. In short, I've had the full experience.

Here's a great example. I drove my new car into a curb on a snowy Saturday. They were closed, but when the tow truck brought my car there it just happened that Scott (the manager) was in the store and he let us in. Scott worked with me to figure out what should be done and how to communicate with insurance, and he took ownership of getting the right fixes done so that I could get back on the road. Notably, this was the week before Christmas.
